PAXSTORE is an app store hosting payment, POS and non-payment apps. Most of the payment apps are written and certified by PAX. You can recognize them because they have the “Broadpos” before the name of the host interface (Broadpos Vantiv, Broadpos Transit (TSYS), etc.)
PAXSTORE’s main (public) marketplace is Broadpos Marketplace, BPMP. There are other marketplaces administered by various companies that purchased this privilege. Please contact your sales representative if you would like more details about the advantages of owning a marketplace and details about pricing.
For testing purposes we provide a dedicated marketplace called Test Marketplace. This marketplace has a developer center allowing testers to upload and submit apps for approval. The apps loaded here cannot be distributed to any other marketplace. The test marketplace terminals cannot be used in production.
All A-Series (A60, A80, A920) and E-series (E500, E600, etc.) terminals are supported.
After the update of 2018 PAXSTORE began to provide downloads to traditional OS terminals (Monitor and Prolin) units. Remember that the Q20 module (part of the E-series terminals is also a traditional terminal running Prolin.
Currently we plan the migration from Broadpos TMS of all terminals, merchants and users to PAXSTORE.
